360 Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist in Santa Maria, CA. This part-time, hybrid role offers 15–20 hours weekly with afternoon shifts (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–7:00pm) and a path to full-time as needs grow.
You’ll work to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive under ABA plans and supervision. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with $2/hour weekend and $5/hour holiday bonuses.
