Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach, CA seeks a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

You will provide 1:1 client support, implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and track progress with data. Part-time schedule of 15–20 hours weekly with potential to expand to full-time; weekend/hourly bonuses apply. Mileage reimbursement offered for distant clients.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/ per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2pm-8pm
