Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in Oxnard, CA. You will provide 1:1 support to children and teens with developmental disabilities and implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. The role emphasizes growth, collaboration with families, and a stable schedule in the afternoon/evening hours.

Paid training and opportunities to advance are offered, with part-time hours starting at 15–20 per week and potential to move to full-time as needs arise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – follow individualized plans under supervision.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth.
• Foster Learning and Growth – use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – work with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain Professional Standards – follow HIPAA and company policies.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• + $2/hour for weekend shifts
• + $5/hour for company-observed holidays
• An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates. Fluency will be assessed through a test.
• Candidates with a completed BA or BS will be offered an additional $1.00 per hour, with a copy of the degree required during onboarding

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
