Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in North Little Rock, AR is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with special needs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior analytic services, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a High School Diploma with paid training and opportunities for growth in a supportive pediatric setting at Pediatrics Plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders including children and families.
• Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy pediatric setting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and other company documents.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and notes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) to support outcomes.
• Assist in daily data collection and entry into graphs.
• Report data to supervising BCBA and maintain documentation.
• Assist with observations and data collection (ABC data collection).
• Prepare materials for sessions as directed by the skill acquisition program.
• Implement teaching procedures and interventions per BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data storage and patient confidentiality.
• Keep children safe and supervised at all times.
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
