Job summary

Ro Health, LLC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Aides for school districts in Lemon Grove and Chula Vista, providing instructional support and 1:1 behavioral assistance for students, starting ASAP for the 2026-27 year.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing experience with autism, strong assessment skills, and a patient, collaborative approach with teachers and parents. Flexible M-F schedules from 8 am to 3 pm are common.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Willingness to assist in students' learning process.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment.
• Great with kids, and patience to provide instructional support within the classroom.
• Support with mild to severe behaviors based on the student's needs.
• Assistance with hygiene management, diapering, toileting, and potty training.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children to help them learn and make progress in their goals.
• Open to collaboration and feedback from your student, district staff, and your clinical supervisor.
• Provide support services for classroom teachers.
• Be able to make calculations and evaluate data.
