Escalate ABA is a boutique ABA therapy agency dedicated to delivering individualized, high-quality support that helps children with autism lead meaningful lives in Staten Island, NY. We are seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to work directly with children receiving ABA services, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in care or education settings.
• Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting client behavior and skill development.
• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support and guide clients and their families in skill-building strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy services, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and making a measurable impact in their development.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on client needs.
