We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy services, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and making a measurable impact in their development.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on client needs.
Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record accurate data on client progress
Assist in monitoring and reporting client behavior and skill development
Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary teams
Support and guide clients and their families in skill-building strategies
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
High school diploma (required)
Experience working with children (preferred)
Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
