Job summary

Headrise ABA is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 4-year-old child in Hewitt, New Jersey. This part-time role offers hourly pay from $18 to $25, with a $200 sign-on bonus and ongoing support from experienced BCBAs.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home ABA therapy, data-tracking progress, and helping develop communication, socialization, and daily living skills. Travel to family home is required as part of the caseload.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 4 year old boy

• Location: Hewitt, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Thurs, Fri, Sat: 3:00PM- 7:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
