Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help a 4 year old boy with autism through in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy in Brown Mills, New Jersey. This part-time, after-school role offers pay of $18-$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You’ll implement BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
