Job summary

Headrise ABA in New Jersey is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician for in-home, one-on-one therapy. This part-time role pays $18-$25 per hour and includes a $200 sign-on bonus. You’ll work under BCBA-developed plans, helping children build life skills and track progress.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; RBT certification preferred; willingness to travel locally; and a reliable vehicle. Prior ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
