CrystalCare ABA in Princeton, New Jersey is seeking a conscientious Behavior Technician (BT) to support autism-focused ABA therapy under the supervision of BCBA professionals. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and help adapt plans to each client’s needs.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to ethical guidelines, and ongoing professional development within an inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide supportive feedback to clients and families; participate in team meetings.
