Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in Bowling Green, KY seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism across clinical, school, or home settings. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver one-on-one therapy and help children reach their potential.

You’ll implement ABA-based plans, record data, complete notes, and collaborate with caregivers and the BCBA. No weekends and supportive growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans with one-on-one therapy.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets; record data on targeted behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
