Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in Hopkinsville, KY is hiring a Behavior Technician. This full-time role provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children and teens under the supervision of a BCBA. Training is paid, and you’ll help implement individualized treatment plans in clinical, school, or home settings.

You’ll earn $16–$20 per hour, with benefits like PTO, bi-weekly bonuses, DailyPay, and 401k matching. No weekends; Monday–Friday schedule supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Record session notes and timesheets.
• Collect and record data on target behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to report progress.
