Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This part-time role offers flexible 3 or 5 day-per-week options, 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, and extensive training with BCAT exam review.

We provide fully paid training and certification, a referral bonus program, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start (training provided).
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.

Our part-time Behavioral Technician (BT) positions work between 3:30–6:30pm or 4–7pm, Monday–Friday, with common schedules including M–F, M/W/F, or T/Th. Are you available to work during these times? If so, which days and times work best for you?

Our orientations and training require a commitment to a 2:30–6:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, during your first two weeks at Cortica. This may differ from your regular work schedule. Are you able to commit to this orientation schedule?
