Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No experience required; paid training is provided. Roles start part-time with afternoon/evening hours and a minimum 6 month commitment.

You will collaborate with families, implement skill-building plans, and record data accurately while helping children with Autism achieve independence in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building plans and participate in data collection.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to enhance treatment.
