Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to join the ABA team, delivering one-on-one services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience required; full training provided, with opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

You'll work as part of a clinical team, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors, while recording data and communicating closely with families to support progress and treatment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
