Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based care and support under supervision.
• Assist clients with developing communication and daily living skills.
• Document progress and adapt activities to treatment plans.
