Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be reliable, flexible, and able to handle administrative tasks.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; child experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA with individualized plans.
• Build skills through play and presence to help a child feel safe to try.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Prepare for RBT certification exam within 45 days.
