Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or pursuing certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet patient expectations.
• Experience in a therapy facility or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills through therapy.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients.
