Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician in Holland, MI. This part-time role supports BCBA-directed treatments, documentation, and family training to help children learn new skills through ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills through ABA.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients.
