Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Health Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician in Adrian, MI to join our ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA, supporting clinicians and families.

This role emphasizes collaborating with teammates to help children learn new skills, communicate effectively, and deliver best-in-class care in a rewarding environment that promotes growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• RBT certification or plan to obtain certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and billing in the ABA program.
• Support clinicians with treatments and interventions under a BCBA.
• Help families learn new skills and maintain strong, professional relationships.
