Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is seeking a Behavior Technician in Tecumseh, MI to support ABA services under a BCBA. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions, while helping children and families learn new skills and techniques with autism-focused therapy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or similar setting is preferred.
• RBT certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification with supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with workload changes.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.
