ABA360 in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings. You will join a dedicated clinical team and help implement skill-building plans with accurate data recording.

No prior experience required; roles start part-time with after-school hours and opportunities to pursue RBT certification through our BK Academy training program, plus tuition discounts for education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and help children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
