Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Howell Township, NJ. The positions offer flexible part-time hours with opportunities for full-time growth as caseloads expand.

This role involves working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage actively with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and change positions unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare

Strong communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education
