heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team across the United States. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to support clients' independence and positive behavior, typically in home or community settings.

We offer paid training for those new to the field, a supportive clinical team, and flexible, part-time opportunities designed to fit your schedule while helping children with Autism achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification before working is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
