Heartland Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, helping children achieve their goals with evidence-based interventions.

Part-time opportunities abound, with paid training and flexible schedules. You will work closely with a robust clinical team, record session data, and engage families to reinforce progress and independence.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
