Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of Autism Partnership Foundation Course (or-equivalent).
• Experience with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with families and team members.

• Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.

Requirements
