Job summary

Brightview Care is seeking compassionate, energetic individuals to help kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized care.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data, educating patients and families about strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Completed Autism Partnership Foundation Course.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with families.
