Job summary

Brightview Care in Garden City, Kansas, is seeking compassionate individuals to support children in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement plans, collect data, and educate families to reinforce strategies.

Ideal candidates have completed the Autism Partnership Foundation Course, experience with autism or developmental disabilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed Autism Partnership Foundation Course.
• Experience working with children or autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience in data collection and analysis in a therapeutic setting.
