Job summary

Brightviewcare in Allen, TX is seeking compassionate individuals to help kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and provide respectful patient care.

You'll collect and record data, educate families on behavioral strategies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of Autism Partnership Foundation Course.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.
