Job summary

Galliant Bedford Clinic is hiring entry‑level Behavior Technicians to provide 1‑on‑1 therapy for children with ASD at our Bedford clinic. No ABA or healthcare experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification to start your clinical path.

We offer a daytime, center‑based schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with guaranteed raises every 6 months and comprehensive benefits. Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or higher) required.
• No specialized healthcare degree or prior ABA experience needed.
• Ability to work well with children and families in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care to children with ASD.
• Deliver assent-based therapy prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Track and record session data using a clinic tablet.
