Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children aged 2–12, helping them build communication, independence, and confidence. Training is provided, including paid RBT training and certification.

You’ll be supported by a team that values assent-based, neuroaffirming approaches, with ongoing coaching, and a clear path for growth through regular performance reviews and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and adapt to different children.
• Willingness to learn and growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support 1:1 therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Track progress and take notes to update therapy plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to problem-solve and adjust support.
• Communicate with team to celebrate wins and ensure consistency.
