Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2–12 to build language and social skills.
• Track progress and take notes for BCBA to update therapy plans.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other clinicians to support development.
