Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to join our team.

You will provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, helping them build skills and celebrate progress. You will collaborate with BCBAs and families, maintain session data on a smartphone, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented environment with flexible hours after school.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 college credits completed or 1 year experience with developmental disabilities or RBT certification.
• Must be available 4 days/week for 4 hours after 3pm.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions.
• Access to smartphone with internet to capture session data.

Responsibilities

Overview

Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician at Behavioral Health Works! At Behavioral Health Works, we help children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through personalized ABA therapy. Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians work closely with families to build skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact— all in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (after 3pm)
• Reliable transportation & comfortable driving to client sessions
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Expected Hours

• Part‑time: 10–15 hours per week
