Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a playful and energetic Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in a supportive environment with flexible schedules and competitive compensation ranging from $21.00/hr to $28.00/hr, depending on experience.

Your role will involve tracking client progress and supporting engagement through various learning activities. We offer a variety of benefits, including voluntary programs and tuition reductions for partnered universities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 College Credits completed or 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm).
• Reliable transportation to drive to client sessions.

Here's What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm)
• You'll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client sessions
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Expected hours

• Part-time 10 - 15 hours per week

• You are working towards a degree in or have completed a degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
