Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is looking for energetic Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll work directly with families to enhance children's skills through personalized support.

No certification required, as we provide training to those willing to learn. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, allowing you to make a difference in children's lives while balancing your schedule. Competitive pay and travel reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with developmental disabilities or active RBT Certification.
• Must be available 4 days a week for 4 hours daily after 3 PM.
• Comfortable driving to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

We're looking for fun, energetic people to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs! You'll help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. No RBT certification? What You'll Bring

Here's What We're Looking For

• 6 months of experience with developmental disabilities, Childcare OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm)
• You'll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client sessions
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
