Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Glendale, CA, is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to help children with autism through ABA therapy. You’ll provide in-home and community-based sessions, learn alongside a supportive team, and enjoy a flexible schedule.

No RBT yet? They provide training and cover costs. Expect to drive to client sessions, track progress, and communicate clearly with families while growing your skills in a fast-moving, impact-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 60 college credits completed or 1 year experience with developmental disabilities or active RBT certification.
  • Must have availability for 4 days a week for 4 hours daily after 3pm.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
  • Track client progress during sessions.

Here’s What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm)
  • You’ll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client sessions
  • Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Expected hours:?
  • Part-time 10 ? 15 hours per week

  • You are working towards a degree in or have completed a degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
