Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in the Westport area. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and implement individualized intervention plans designed to support each child’s progress at home.

The role emphasizes hands-on data collection, ongoing staff training, and clear communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability helps families access consistent support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or current pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Collect therapy session data.
