Job summary

Applied ABC is a New Jersey–based ABA therapy provider offering home and center-based services for children with autism. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA interventions at our local therapy center in New Jersey.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will collect data, participate in ongoing ABA training, and maintain communication with supervisory staff. Flexible weekday and weekend availability is required to support therapy sessions and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in Applied ABC New Jersey
