Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician who can work under supervision of a BCBA in the homes of our clients.

The role focuses on implementing individualized, data-driven intervention plans, collecting session data, and maintaining open communication with supervising staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
