Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who can work under the supervision of a BCBA.

The therapist will provide services directly in the homes of children with autism. Our agency offers in-home and in-center therapy, with opportunities for training in ABA basics, behavior understanding, classroom management, and data collection.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year minimum ABA experience preferred.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
