Keene Perspectives (KP) is a rapidly growing company located in Hartford, Vermont. We provide early intervention behavioral health services, using the principles of applied behavior analysis, for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodiverse profiles, 1:1, in our center-based clinic in White River Junction, Vermont.
Starting hourly pay is based on education, experience, and time worked under the supervision of a BCBA after an initial onboarding and training period. Then, you are placed on our payscale and are part of our regular performance evaluation and growth and development processes.
We provide services Monday-Friday, year round.
Please note the salary range is STARTING pay.
Now...about that training period…we utilize a robust training process to gradually introduce you to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to build your comfort with these skills in practice over time to set you up for success in the short and long-term.
We will provide ongoing training and supervision in the field of ABA and will support your path to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in your first six months, with other opportunities for growth within our company!

Starting Salary Range: $31,200-$45,000

Please make sure that our center at 92 Farmvu Dr. in White River Junction, VT is within a reasonable driving distance for your commute, as all of our services are currently provided in our center.
