Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans one-on-one in center-based settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical ability to meet job demands (standing, lifting, bending, crouching, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children one-on-one under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as prescribed by a BCBA.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to carry out behavior intervention plans.
• Follow center-based schedules and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
