Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Candidates will work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician and are responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans.

Benefits include medical insurance, PTO, 401K matching, and a competitive pay rate of $20/hr. Previous experience with children is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience with children, preferably in ABA.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as outlined.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children.
• Work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
