Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct treatment for children with autism. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to meet rigorous job demands including physical activities.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one with children carrying out individualized treatment plans.
• Engage with children on the floor and support their needs.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
