Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Mansfield, Massachusetts. You will provide direct ABA therapy and work one-on-one with children under supervision.

We offer great compensation starting at $20/hr, medical and dental benefits, 16 PTO days, and a supportive working environment. A minimum high school diploma and experience with children are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children, preferably in ABA.
• Ability to engage with children physically (lifting, bending, etc.).

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
