Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children implementing individualized treatment plans and documenting progress.

Center-based positions with various schedules available. Minimum HS Diploma or GED and 6–12 months ABA experience preferred; strong teamwork and independence are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Follow and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Document progress and communicate with BCBA and team.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
