Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support children with autism in their homes through one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role includes free RBT training, starting at $20/hour with potential increases after certification, and access to mentoring and tuition support. Shifts are 4–5 afternoons/evenings, with reliable transportation required.

As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
