Job summary

Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer part-time hours with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Weekly hours depend on the client’s schedule and case assignment, with training and supervision provided to ensure high quality care.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete applicable training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Attend required training and supervision.
• Provide consistent, reliable support for your assigned client.

Pay rate: $20 to $24 per hour
