Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This part-time role offers flexible hours (Mon-Wed 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, choose your preferred hours) with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.
